Orders and Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

You can create an account by clicking the “Account” or “Sign Up” option on our website. Simply enter your email address and create a password. Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage addresses, and view your order history.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view order status updates.

We apologize for the mistake. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items back without authorization.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

Orders can be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and must follow the return process.
